Hors les murs
Un projet de la Villa Bernasconi hors les murs durant sa fermeture pour travaux de rénovations.
Menée par Tali Serruya, l’équipe artistique du projet filfilfil a développé une série de propositions créatives et participatives sur la base de leurs échanges avec les personnes qui vivent et travaillent dans le quartier des Palettes à Lancy pour tisser de nouvelles relations entre expressions artistiques, habitant·e·s et espace urbain.
Durant une année, les artistes ont proposé différentes actions artistiques : des déambulations sensibles pour transformer notre façon de traverser, d’écouter et de regarder ce qui nous entoure, des ateliers de création de chocolat et de fabrication de jouets hors normes, des affichages surprises dans l’espace public, un service d’art à domicile, ou encore un espace de dialogue avec le rendez-vous mensuel On en parle au kebab.
filfilfil a donné l’occasion aux différentes énergies locales de trouver leur voie/voix d’expressions, de construire un regard et une pensée critiques et, par la multiplication des expériences, de faire émerger une autre manière d’habiter, de s’approprier l’espace urbain et de faire collectif.
Une publication en trois tomes éditée par Macaco Press accompagne le projet.

Led by TaliSerruya, the artistic team of the filfilfil project has developed a series of creative participative proposals based on their conversations with people who live and work in the Palettes area of Lancy. The aim is to knit new relations between artistic expression, residents and the urban space.
For a year the team offered artistic activities amongst which were ‘awareness walks’ aimed at transforming the way we pass through places, listening to and observing what surrounds us. There were workshops for chocolate making or the construction of unusual toys. Unexpected posters in public places prompted reflection and there was a space for dialogue and connection between generations and cultures with a monthly rendezvous On en parle au kebab.
Thus tried to give the opportunity to different local forces to find their medium of expression, to construct their perceptions and apply critical thinking and, through the multiplication of experiences, to help the emergence of a different way of living in, and occupying the urban space and doing so together.
